I have been doing the 5x5 workout the past 5 weeks and have gotten some really good results. However the fifth week, I wasn't able to put up as much weight, so this past week I started doing the max-ot workout. I bench every 5 days and the second chest day I was able to go up 15 pounds on my workout. So i was doing 5x5 with 150, this week I got 165 3 sets of 5 and then 2 sets of dumbell bench with 60's.
