Here are my before and after pictures. Before:[font="arial; white-space: pre; "] [font="arial; white-space: pre"]After: [font="arial; white-space: pre"]

I get headaches from deadlifts too. Were you exhaling during the concentric contraction? Good lifts, are your pullups 50 straight or in sets?

Heavy Leg Day Squat 135 x 5 225 x 5 275 x 3 315 x 2 345 x 1 355 fail..... Deadlift 225 x 5 275 x 5 315 x 3 after my first sets in squats i received another one of these headaches, its the worst pain i have ever felt in my head. it called down and i finished my squats, but then it came right back during the deadlifts and i quit the workout during my set of 315. this is the most unbarable headache ever. i feel i should get medical assistance even tho i dont want to take time off from the gym

I loaded up on Ibuprofen, took a 10 minute break and pushed through the rest of my workout with slight pain. I wasnt about to miss out on the rest of my workout like yesterday the point of lifting weights is to inflame the muscles, so taking an anti inflammatory like ibuprofen during or after lifting is going to hinder ur results

Sometimes you gotta do what you gotta do, and taking ibuprofen can help when you are having issues, wether it's muscle pain a slight tear or something like that and you can keep lifting safely but need some pain reliever than do it. Especially the fact he has a headache and wants to keep going, although I think he needs to figure out what is the problem, maybe high blood pressure, so he doesn't cause serious problems for it.

got back in the gym today just after what seemed a month long break (5 days) haha I was just testing out the weights to see if another headache was going to erupt. I got in a few sets of easy squats and hang cleans and had no pain. I think im ready to jump back into it with a nice depletion workout and then a nice carb up tomorrow. I almost feel like a kid on christmas eve right now after opening one present and knowing there's tons more tomorrow...haha

bryphil1 Ever figure out what caused your headache? Good luck and nice job I was talking with this one kid who described headaches very similar to mine that he had and he told me that his trainer said they were allergy related. He took an antihistamine and nasal decongestant and said that got rid of the headaches. I too have pretty bad allergies so i figure this could be what caused it. so im just going to take some of that and see what happens

so im on vacation in this resort type area in virginia for the next couple days. I was told this place had two gyms in it, so i was pretty excited when i heard that. I go into each of them just to find they dont have a single olympic bar or weight in there. All they have is cardio machines, a tiny rack of free weights and some pussy machines. This is the workout i managed to do today with what they had On the Leg Press machine Full stack + 6 add on weights 4 x 5 waaaaaay to easy DB Lunges 60s 4 x 5 Too easy, 60s were the heaviest there.... Abs Hanging leg raises weighted crunches i hate those "family fitness centers" ha
