I mean personally i like mix it up all the time doing both just to make sure its all getting worked. and a little back arch is perfectly acceptable and will help the lift a little bit and wont hurt it at all. Just make sure to keep your core nice and tight

I mean personally i like mix it up all the time doing both just to make sure its all getting worked. and a little back arch is perfectly acceptable and will help the lift a little bit and wont hurt it at all. Just make sure to keep your core nice and tight yeah, standing OH press is a sweet exercise but I dont feel like Im hitting my shoulders as hard. I think Im gonna start wearing a belt for OH press and T-bars so I can get the most out of them.

So jealous!: I lived in Pittsburgh when the "Stillers" won their first four Super Bowls. My dad used to take my brother and me to the games at Three Rivers. Have fun! :)
