Walden Farms makes calorie free maple syrup. I thought it was going to be nasty but it is actually freakin amazing! Although I do warn that sucralose is an ingrediant.

I noticed this grocery list as I was surfing through the site, and I thought it was very good! I'd like to add a couple things to it, as well; I am not sure if any of these were mentioned, but: Splenda Nestle carb select hot cocoa (for all you chocolate lovers) Krema peanut butter--all peanuts, no filler or salt Kashi Go Lean make a good cereal/trail mix Back to Nature Pupmkin Flax Granola Uncle Sam's cereal La Tortilla factory whole grain wraps extra virgin olive oil cooking spray extra virigin olive oil for cooking detour protein bars have no pratially hyrdogenated oils or high fructose corn syrup...choose a low fat one, though milk muscle oatmeal is freakin delicious and makes a good pancake love nachos? Snyders tortilla chips are pretty much just made of corn.

Hey Guys, I can update the list but the problem is I basically jsut copy and repate it in the forum and some people don;t realize we have 2 lists already. Any chance I can update the list and get it posted near the front of this topic? If so I'll start a major update soon.

I'm new to the whole body building thing but, I think low fat and non fat foods are stupid . I not alot about nutrition just not body building and based on my research non fat/low fat foods arent good for us. Listen to this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cjdy0n_gJq8
