I can't help, computer only at work, sorry. But if you decided to keep spices on the list please add my list found here http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Pasta_with_spices/m_229498/tm.htm .

It seems to me that many users are new to cooking or at least to cooking well. Once they figure out what basics to eat, they get stumped on how to make them tastey.

Thank you for doing this for us! It' s a good list !

One serious question to ask is, "how will this list be used by those within this forum?"

That will help decide what foods are included, and which data are listed for each.

I'd have to look @ it, you can send me the nutritional info if you want; there's probably nothing wrong with it but this list is far from comprehensive, if you or anyone for that matter want to help me w/ updates it'd be much appreciated.

I'm a vegetarian, and not the best with nutritional information, and was wondering if somone could compile a list of foods for vegetarians (especially for protein).  And no, having feathers or scales does NOT declassify something as an animal, so no chicken or fish--but I do eat eggs(unfertilized) and milk.  Any help in creating or helping me create a vegetarian list would be appreciated!
