Ok then I got it.

So example of squats.

Set 1 100 lbs X 6 reps

Set 2 150 lbs X 6 reps

Set 3 200 lbs X 6 reps

Set 4 200 lbs X 6 reps

So the warm up is X 6 reps also then?

Nope warmup is not included in your set count...so you would do:

Warmup 1: 100lbsx6

Warmup 2: 150lbsx6

Set 1: 200lbsx6

Set 2: 200lbsx6

Set 3: 200lbsx6

Set 4: 200lbsx6

Ok then! much better understood now.

So it won't be a problem for me to do the 50% and 75% now.

Before I thought they were cutting into the training so I did'nt want to waste the sets, makes much more sense now, Thanks!

Towards this routine, no. I guarantee you my friend if you stick with 3 day split you'll make better gains then 4 day. Why? because your resting your muscles  and your cns as well you will get stronger each week. Just because you go to the gym often or everyday doesn't mean you will get bigger muscles.

Towards a natural trainer it's important to rest more then working out. 4 day splits with high intensity doesn't give enough time for your muscles to recover from being battered.

Hope this help

Goodluck with your training!

Yo natural, is dat tru,3 exercises only? damn! u sure u still can get jack dat way. Luks like a sik routine tho, imma probably get started on dat still cuz my werkout sure az hell aint werkin for me dog. nd I wanna get jack hommie. nd Yo i don't take dem juice or pills or creatine.reply bak iiite peace

Thug_L1f3_43ver:

Hey what's up bud,

yes 3 exercises per workout can bulk you up, because they are simply compound exercises were your going to be using almost every single muscle in the body and your going to do the same for all workouts and  that's why it's important to not do to many exercises with the same intensity, you will lack or periodization and lead yourself to no gains and overtrain.

There are some guys for example think they will simply get big bi's by doing 4-5 different isolation exercises were they don't realize how much abuse they are giving it, sometimes there's no need to doing direct arm movement when doing heavy compound lifts such as deads, chins, rows and at the most 1 arm movement should be good enough.

I'd like to request if you don't mind if you can ease up on your hip hop grammer because it's quiet hard to follow my friend, also I'm not a dog, so I prefer something else that has nothing to do with animals such a bro if you don't mind.

Anyway that's good your clean. keep it up

Goodluck with your training!

Doesn't matter, as long you feel recuperated after a day rest and if not then wait another day and wait until your central nervous system is recovered and all your muscle soreness is gone. Then see how you feel, if your ready to hit the weights

aiitte. K ummm, for bench press do I bring it down all tha way to my nipples, lik mah armz are not str8 up when I push tha bar. Do u underda stand?

It's alright bud, I know what your asking. Basically for bench press don't think in terms of the position of your arms. Think in terms of the path of the bar. If you lower the bar to your nipples and press straight upwards, your arms will follow the correct path. Because you can have a tendency to let the bar drift back toward the eyes when you press upwards, try to push the bar toward your feet. This will help you press the bar straight up and keep the elbows in the correct position.

Hey man, this routine is great! I am working 40 hours a week now for summer and don't have the energy to go to the gym as much as I did when I was in school.  It's only been 2 weeks and I am already bigger.
Great Routine!

Oh yea,
I did 250 for 5x5 on bench today! personal record, and it is gonna keep getting broken.
Thanks man

Hey PureNatural I'm gonna start a stack of NO-Xplode and CellMass.  Do you think this routine would give me good gains with this stack or would a 5 day split be better on creatine?
