You have to make your own goals dude. Jesus.

I would buy

red meat
chicken
filets of fish
tuna
milk
almonds
sweet potatoes
cottage cheese

diet = 5000 calories divided into 10 meals.

enjoy.

squats are the true all natural steroid. do them and eat. eat more than you think you need, and then eat more. you will put size on. until you start doing this, advice is nothing but an exercise in futility.

Perrynaytor is right on this one. Eat more! Eat clean! and Train Hard! Don't keep focusing on the results, focus on the training and diet and the results will follow naturally.

be less active = become a fat ass.

i would suggest lifting hard, staying active in cardio, and eating all the time to get the results you want.
