Mass Cycle Windows - Sunday, April 12, 2009 4:36 PM ( #1 )

What kind of duration should i run a mass gaining cycle for, is there any real necessary time frame or can it just be  a continuous bulking stage till i choose otherwise.

Well most people choose to run caloric surplus until they are dissatisfied with their body fat. Then you can take 6 weeks and cut it back down, and keep on gaining.

Just make sure you eat relatively cleanly according to your BMR. You are what you eat. If you gain muscle eating 5,000 calories in Krispy Kremes, you will be a doughy fat guy with big forearms and larger than normal traps.
