So today is the big weight lifting restart - I'm going to be mostly training upper body and getting my torso back into shape here's the routine - Monday - Chest, Traps Tuesday - Rest Wednesday - Abs, Shoulders Thursday - Rest Friday - Arms, Back Saturday - Rest Sunday - Legs, Abs

-- Monday -- Chest workout benching 100 lbs, 3 sets of 10 reps Dumbell butterflies at 15 lbs, 5 sets of 10 reps One arm dumbell bench press of 20lbs, 3 sets of 5 reps Traps workout Dumbell shrug at 20lbs, 5 sets of 10 reps Barbell upright row at 30lbs, 3 sets of 5 reps -------------------------------------------------------------------------- Day went well, Benching 100lbs far easier than i thought it would be Butterflies were a lovely relaxing routine one arm dumbell bench press got the sweat going nicely Shrugs made the lovely burning sensation i've been missing Rows were harsh on the arms maybe have to tweak them a little for more reps. Thank Slipknot for the motivation music
