From what I could find on Google, it seems to be a standard home gym with a built-in weight stack. Seems like you can do the standard obvious exercises (bench press, pull-downs, curls) and then some modifications using a cable attachment. I don't know exactly what you have but it looks to me as if 90% of it will be obvious as in the bench press. And other exercises you can use a cable or do slight modifications using body placement. Things you can't do would be squats, deadlifts, pull-ups. That is obvious though. At least the pictures I saw on the web in regards to this machine. It's too bad there does not seem to be a PDF manual out there with the basics of using the machine, and keeping it in working order. Company seems to be in business. You might try calling them, going to their website and seeing if you can get a manual. If there is a main company website...
