Date: Sunday, February 12, 2006 Journal Entry:
While my order is being shipped, I asked a question about the soft gel version of the product compared to the powders and pills. One thing I like to do is just ask a question to any company. If they don't answer or won't answer, that is usually a bad sign.
However, EFX answered me the next day with a full and complete answer and personally written!
I'll attach it here. I was impressed personally that they got back to me with a good answer. They attached the user guide which was nice because my next question was how do I stack these products or how many should I take. The guide which is on the site clearly tells you when and how many to take depending on your weight and if you are male or female. So you shouldn't have any questions about how many or when to take the product. It's clear.
Marc Asked: I've just put in an order for Kre-Alkalyn EFX (capsules) and I'm wondering if there's a benefit to the softgels or powder. Or if that is more of a personal preference for the consumer?
Thanks much,
Marc David
EFX Response:
Hello Marc, Before I answer your question, let me say this first: Thank you very much for your business, my friend! I sincerely appreciate your trust in All American EFX.
Now the short answer is that you are correct...consumer preference. The powder is basically just that: a powdered form of Kre-Alkalyn EFX. Some people prefer it because that are used to having their creatine in that form. Therefore we've made it available for them.
We also make the SoftGels available, but I usually don't recommend them for our average users because: 1) they only contain 325 mg per gel cap, instead of the 750 mg in the caps 2) they are bit more expensive because they are very expensive to produce.
So then just who are they good for? Actually, if you don't like to swallow capsules, they are excellent (squishy, coated). And the Gel technology actually uses an oil based solution that has the Kre-Alkalyn suspended in it. This oil slows down absorption, so you don't get hit with the full dose all at once. They are most popular with older people and women...both of whom don't require very much creatine.
With all that said, the capsules that you purchased are by far the most popular form to date. The first reason is that they are what we've marketed, so that's what the public has seen the most. Second, they are simply the most convenient. You don't have to mix anything. Just keep the bottle in your gym bag, hit the water fountain, and you are good to go.
Since we're on the subject, one thing we haven't listed on the site yet (but will soon) is a liquid version. This will be the first and only stable version of liquid creatine ever available on the market. Remember Muscle Marketing and their serums...and major lawsuits to go with them?
The advantage of the liquid, at least from my own personal experience with testing it, is that it does get into your system very fast. I can literally feel when it hits my system. It'll come in an orange and lemon flavor... really not bad at all. See images below.
[Removed by me]
By the way, I also see you purchased Nytric EFX along with the Kre-Alkalyn EFX caps. These two make a great stack. Will you "gain 27 pounds of muscle in the next 7 weeks" from using them? No way. But will you see and feel them working? Absolutely.
In case you haven't downloaded it already, I've attached our "User's Guide" for you. It'll point you in the right direction. And it will show you how to make the product last a little longer, saving you money. If you have any more questions whatsoever, please do not hesitate to email me.
Marc, I sincerely want to help you get the most you can from using our products. You're trusted me with your hard-earned cash, so it's the least I can do. We've committed ourselves to try and be as open and connected with our customers as we can.
Sorry for being so long-winded!
All The Best,
Brian Andrews President, All American EFX
P.S. Also, if you haven't read my free book about creatine and Kre-Alkalyn EFX yet, you can get a copy from our site (
www.aaefx.com). It's called "Creatine" Industry Insider Secrets revealed. It's on the left side of the main page. Read it through once or twice and let me know what you think. It contains a ton of information, so if there is anything at all you need clarification on or are just plain curious about, once again, just ask me. This is one subject I can talk about for hours.
