Day 1: April 7, 2008 Summary: Figured out my total calories at a 20% deficit would be 2361 with a maximum of 2509. This allows me to work within the 15-20% range. Will adjust depending on weekly measurements. Tom's video where he's walking you thru the calorie calculation was helpful even when I already know all this stuff. Glad I watched it. Nutrition: Will use FitDay.com to track my daily intake. Always liked it. Quick, easy and free. Does a bang up job keeping me inline with what I'm eating for the day. Training: Going to print out and follow the workouts again from BBSecrets.com Always responded well to those. Love those stinking impossible workouts! Water: 1 gallon a day is my goal give or take. Supplements: Cytosport Whey Protein, Muscle Milk Lite mixed with Hydrolyzed Whey Protein Isolate from Glanbia, multi-vitamin, glucosamine, vitamin C, Beta-Glucan, green tea extract that falls inline with the Green Tea Report. Treats: Coffee as I can't help my little self.
