You might lose strength, but muscle doesn't lose their shape, it is depended upon genetics and does not change.

You might even come back stronger,, I remember the first time I had a break from training - for 3 weeks to be exact - when I came back I was stronger than before due to muscles completely resting up.

Yeah you may lose a tiny bit of size, nothing to complain about especially if your doing weighted push ups and other body weight exercises.

Sit ups, push ups, pull ups, squat jumps, squats holding heavy objects, deadlift picking up heavy object, OH press, pressing heavy object...

theres lots of things you can end up doing.

The thing you will lose the most is strength, but that will return within a few weeks of getting back in the gym with regular training.

Good luck!
