About a year and a half ago, these things just showed up. Out of nowhere, and I'm not anywhere near fat, just normal. I'm 5'9, 15, 145 lbs. So, I just started working out and have been doing push ups, benching about 100 lbs., ten reps at a time and running at 5 in the morning, 2 miles. So, I haven't really noticed anything yet, but I can understand this, since I've just been doing this for about two weeks. Does anyone have any suggestions? I'd like to get rid of these things in a hurry a little, you know, School.

Sounds like you have developed a natural case of gyno... a lot of bodybuilders develop the same from excessive estrogen conversion while taking steroids. The solution is to get surgery. Your not very descriptive as to the extent of the problem but I would seek medical attention maybe there's something they can do short of surgery to help you out... or maybe you can get that ball rolling. Good luck. D

No I know what that is. I don't have that. Checked. I just have fat that went there when weight was supposed to go somewhere else when I grew or all around, but when it happened, I didn't sleep at all near that time and I guess they just went there. So, can anyone help me on excercises or cardio?

If it's just a fat problem, you need cardio and proper nutrition to get rid of it. Why don't you post something in the nutrition section, listing what sort of stuff you eat now and ask for more specific advice there? Plenty of people will be glad to help, and hopefully you'll be on your way to losing it in no time.

Bitch tits, damn bro that sucks. When I'm cutting, my cardio consists of 30 Min. straight on the tredmill at #8, so I'm sprinting for 30 min. you could try that, I also try to run in addition at the last 8 miles a day. If you dont have acess to a tredmill, just run 4 miles, then run for miles home, then do sprints aprox. 100 meters apart. Oh yeah, and bitch tits is usualy profound on the lower part of the peck, so if your not already, start doing some decline bench, if you cant lose the fat, at least put muscle there so when people go to touch it it can be hard and you can say its all muscle...lol, but seriously do those exercises, if it doesnt work, then your genetics have stuck you with natural bitch tits and theres no way humanly possible to get out of it without costly and painfull surgery. Goodluck bro, keep us posted on how your progress.

NexusS2X, Your the same age and height as me. and if your 145lbs i dought that you just have a pair of fat man brests. It is more likely to be gyno. its nothing to worry about tho. Im in the same sort of situation as u n this is sum stuf i found out: gyno actualy comes naturaly in 40 to 50% of all teenage boys. gyno goes vanshes naturaly 90% of the time going as fast as it comes. gyno lasts between a few months and 2yrs. it just effects some people more. It can also b caused by some drugs such as steroids and illigal substances. i think cardios can help stem the visibility but it wont totaly go away until the gyno starts 2 "wear of". how bad is ur problem?

I'm a bit confused as to what gyno is. Is it a case where there is a hard lump that forms right under the nipple and exhibits a fair bit of pain when touched or depressed?

Don't worry about gyno too much, if you get good muscle behind it, you'll hardly even notice! The operation is sometimes not a simple one and you can end up with a chest that looks really bad. 1.25" is nothing, and remember that you'll notice it more than others. If it really is fat I'd be doing interval cardio training. So you'd get on the treadmill and warm up for 2 minutes at a leisurely pace, then for 30 seconds turn the machine up as high as you can go and sprint, after that turn the machine back down to leisurely for 1 minute, then repeat the sprint for 30 seconds again. Try and do this for as long as you can without passing out (max 20 minutes). You'll see results within 2 weeks, guaranteed. Another fat-cutting/muscle building hint is to never do cardio before you lift weights, always after. And make sure that you're having a good meal within the first hour after working out, weights or cardio.

I had then a few years ago. Change your diet. NO FAST FOOD, no fatty food and no candy. They all change to fat super QUICK!. Eat right. White rice, Chicken, Steak. But a few problems i had was that i would eat when 8am 12 and 6pm rolled around but i really wasnt hungry. Try eatting when your hungry you will notice that you will lose a little weight. Also cut Soda out of your diet. only drink Water and Shakes(protein) Juice has TONS of sugar in it even more than soda at times. Water will help you lose 5lbs in a month. Also CARDIO is key to losing weight. You just eat right and do cardio and they will be gone in 6 months. Cardio = Running. Eleyptical(SP?), and the bike all work well.
