Well I did it, today I started. I'm Lifting three days a week, eating six times a day and drinking water like a fiend.

For right now, I'm on a 3 day split I'm shooting for 6 reps in each of my 4 sets. 

The highest my bench ever got was 225 and the higest my squat ever was was around 400. So when I say I have lost strength, understand I didn't have a ton of strength to begin with.

ok so any way I started today I ingested just over 2,000 calories and 240 g's of protien.

I did bench 6x4 at 155 lbs, not easy my last set I rested between every rep. My triceps are tired.

So I move on to narrow grip bench 6x4 at 65lbs, it wasnt bad but my tri's ar very tired.

Next came skull crushers 6x4 at 45 lbs last set was death. My tri's are shot they feel like I have torn them to shreds.

Next came incline bench... well I put on 95 lbs, because I was so tired, I got one rep. I realized that was it and put it up.

Bench           6x4 155
Narrow Bench 6x4 65 
Skull Crushers 6x4 45
incline bench  1    95

I have a lot of work to do but I'm just starting again I expect decently quick results, I have heard that gaining back muscle that you used to have is easyer than gaining it from scratch.

Yesterday was an off day for me, so I stuck to the diet and took my politics final, did better than I thought. My tri's were sore all day, as are two tendons one on each of my elbows. It may be because I have never done skull crushers before and they are just kinda shocked. My chest was just a touch sore. But everything was feeling good.

Today I ate well.
Wendsday's are legs for me.

And I couldn't remember how many sets I had done, so I'm almost sure (thinking about it later) I threw in an extra set.

machine weighted sit ups.- Didn't get anything off of that stupid machine.

Overall I feel good, I might be comming down with a cold. But I'm tired, I have to stay up and type a paper for comp. well all is going well.

I broke away from my diet today. Mainly because we are out of food! but I was also studying and skipped two meals. Well It was 11:30 and I had, had a carnation instant breakfast, so I was starving. Burger King just sounded great so I stopped.Smile And I was actualy mad about it. Tomorrow I'll be back! Actually I'm looking foreward to friday, One of my friends, SHE wants me to show HER how to use some machines. ok yeah were just friends and that's all I want from here but she is still very hot! Major downer though, her boyfriend died like 3 weeks ago. I'm really hoping for no tears, I'm really bad with those.Smile Anyway She's going to teach me how to use the treadmills at the "Y" (When I do run it is always outside, Hot or cold). and I'm gonna show her how to use the machines. seems fair to me. Well I'm sore from yesterday, my legs tend to give out every few steps making me look very funny while walking nut I'm cool with it.

Well today was a day off as was sat. Friday went well I got there early before sasha. I got my work out in befor she got there.

I didn't keep track I was demonstrating, and it kinda turned into one large set.

So I did my work out and my forearms were freakin huge! they were pumped beyond anything holy. Two days later they are sore. I can seem to get anything out of military press? cable curls, days later, nothing. but I'm still feeling the DL's. so it was good overall, I'm still learning alot so they will get better.

Monday was good finally got something out of my chest.
wendsday I had to babysit for my dads friend so my leg work out was more like cardio while he took a nap
thursday I swiched it up some. . . fri I have a big date and I didn't want to be tried for that. i went majorly heavy on shoulders but I cant feel anything it kinda sucks. but my traps feel great!
