Don't mean to break your heart but you won't make gains like those again. Unless you go back down to 185lbs of course...

Your first year or so gives you an enormous boost to gains and they start to slow down after that. That's when you have to pay more attention to training intelligently and with intensity, and especially maintaining a solid diet. But congrats, 65lbs in a year is crazy! I gained around 40lbs in my first year...You must have a couple stretch marks!

I'm actually 6'7'' lol... and ya Ive heard that before, I do pay alot of attention to protein intake and such now... Also my lifting coach for football gives us whats called "H.I.T." training... It's pretty high intensity but prevents muscle confusion... Also, ya that was a crazy year, I came back to school after a summer of lifting and people were just amazed lol...

Ps: do u think i can make 165 by next year?

You probably could easily at 6'7 are you still gaining weight fast or has it slowed down? Your going to be massive once you've bulked up fully.

I'm not sure around when your gains are going to slow down, they are probably either slowing down now or going to pretty soon but more senior members would be able to tell you, I reckon by 275lbs they'll slow down.

sarsh, don't spam the boards. start a thread in the approite form and wait. don't spam the same message in every single topic.

my advice is to do some online research, like google.
heres the first hit:http://www.goendurance.com/i54_Androstenetrione.html

that article is somewhat biases, as is almost all online suplment articles. like it said this drug it prevents testosterone from being broken down into pestrogen. i'm a nursing major so i've done a bunch of science classes and honestly i can't recall testerone ever being broken down into any other hormone. i don't thats even possible. i supose a hormone could be broken down to stiumlate the realse of another hormone. think of it this way, if women had to make testerone inorder to make pestrogen they would have alot more manly features, either way thats not the case. but anyways, men do natural make pestrogen. that is possible, but not in huge amounts. testertone is a very strong steriod.

also this reaseach says it will increase testerone. what they don't say is how much, as in numbers or percents and offten when they do give numbers its still within a normal range. i read about one herbal supment that would help increase testertone by 40%, but thats only 40% within a normal range. so your not getting double the testertone, if that makes sence. also pills are partialy broken down in the bile of the stomach and not all of the pill is absorbed into the body, offten you end up peeing alot of it. your body can't store certian things like vit A, C, and some minerals like maginezsem.

so in other words this pill may work for you. you may see results, however to me it sounds like a waste of money, same with creatine, it works for some others it does nothing for them. also supplments only give you 5% of results, maybe 10% if you have a serious vit/protien/hormone imblance/difuency in your diet or whatever. most of your resullts, 60% comes from diet, and the rest is from workingout (~30%) and the rest is from sleep, ~9 hours a night, lots of water, low stress lifestyle and all that jazz. and you'll hear people say different numbers
