Make you own supplements

Just thought i'd let people know; I have been lurking round on these forums for probably 3 years, haven't posted but i've read alot. Due to personal interests and studies, the one main thing I have been interested in was supplement use, composition and the science behind it. I found an ebook by jeff anderson ( http://www.musclenerdfitness.com/go.php?offer=saskfitman&pid=3) and it has been a real eye opener to the bull**** these companies feed people. Like I was just reading about leukic and Gakic reviews on here and it makes me laugh because in the book he tells you how to make the two for like 1/10th the price and even goes into detail about the benefits and discrepancies of every ingredient. He takes a bunch of categories of supplement and takes the 3 best selling supplements and tears them apart piece by piece and shows you how to duplicate the supplement with wholesale supplier ingredients. It's a really good book, probably 190 pages of info or so and really easy to read and follow. I bought the book for like twenty bucks and now I make all my supplements myself, even bought a capsule maker so I don't have to mix a big whack of powder in my mouth (BCAA taste like chalky ****) and try to swallow it with water. I make my own creatine, pre-workout, post workout and muscle gainer supplements and I have yearly supplies of each for a total of 150 bucks in supplies, when before I would spend like 50 bucks a month on maybe one or two of the supplements. There are a couple useless supplement recipies in the book, but liek maybe only 4 or so, I think there are 24 overall and I use 5 or so and so far i've paid for the book like damn near 30 times with the money i've saved.

No prob, I figure it's time to repay the favour for all the info i've been getting from people on here. i think i'm going to try his combat the fat program http://www.musclenerdfitness.com/go.php?offer=saskfitman&pid=1 soon so i can get down to 12 or so %Bf for summer, he hasn't let me down yet so i figure its worth the price. Probably won;t make it to 12 but i'll god damn try. I'll probably try and make his ripoff version of lipo 6 to help with the process. That or try an ECA supp.
