Made a few changes to my diet

I am 164 pounds 10.7% body fat and looking to drop the bodyfat to 6% and decide if I want to bulk or maintain from there. I'm a martial artist so I don't want to be too big and bulky, also I'm only 5 foot 9 so I'm not too tall. Breakfast- Oatmeal /w banana and a kiwi 2 eggs On the way to school- Wheybolic shake Lunch- Grilled chicken Brown rice Veggies Few hours later- 2-3 eggs Then I lift Post workout- Chicken Veggies Rice or potato Once that settles- Wheybolic shake Before bed- ON casein shake
