This will be my first journal about anything ever so it might not be the best atm i just got over being sick for about 9 days so im a bit weaker atm heres what i plan on doing excercise wise
Squats
Deadlifts
Bench Press
Calf Raises
Upright Rows
Curling
(the excercises where you hold a dumbbell and raise arm straight infront and to the sides as well)
Maybe some clean jerking and military presses
 
At The moment                                        Goals by end of summer
Bench about 200x5x3 or so                    250-300
Squat about 200x10x3                            300
Deadlift 210x5x5                                      350+
Upright row 110x5x3                               150
Curls 35x10x3                                           120 2 handed so 60
Calf raises 200x15x3                               fine as is
Clean jerk 170x5                                     200
The arm ones 35x5x2 or 25 x 10 x 3        replace 35 with 45
I usually try and do all of them every other day depends on work i drink a protein shake after wards and eat somewhat healthy
 
i will try to put what i do on weight lifting days when i can on here
ill prob work out every other day tuesday thursday saturday etc
 
 
Any advice?
