Now this is an interesting question
im wondering whether this would help produce more testosterone to build up a sperm supply again, or lower testosterone simply because you are making your body use more....
Maybe someone knows the answer, i dont lol.
EDIT:As to general health-no, it doesn't have negative effects, in fact im pretty sure it has positive effects.
question 2. BULKING...which can sometimes be very hard for thin lean guys who have fast metabolisms, check out the nutrition pages here, to know what kind of diet you should be looking for, and lift pretty big for your size, if youre doing an exercise and are reaching above 10 reps-add more weight
when in the bulking phase try to hit 4-8 reps
1st set-8 reps
add weight
2nd set-6 reps
add weight
3rd set-4 reps
thats the way i usually do it.....
