Yeah. I take in the morning, at night, and I've heard about people who wake up in the middle of the night and take muscle milk. It breaks down slow enough though that if you were to take it before you go to bed you should be sweet.

So would the Muscle Milk take place of a protein shake in a stack or would that be the Cyto Gainer?

Muscle Milk can take the place of protein shakes in a stack(because thats what it is) in my opinion its just a little expensive to do that. and the 2.47 don't last all that long I myself don't really use it that often I'll buy it here and there to treat myself. If u do buy it and your more of a fruit instead of choc. fan u should buy Oranges&Cream or Blueberries&Cream those were the best I've tried.

Okay just came back from Gnc and got my muscle milk for $54. 99 without tax. In the directions section its says Take one before and during workouts. So thats 2 servings. Take one after workouts and one before bedtime so that is another 2 servings. That equals to 4 servings in a day There are 16 servings in this container. SO THAT MEANS $60 FOR FOUR DAYS?????

get some whey and caesin thats teh way to go and eat alot U can either take a serving pre and post and cottage cheese before bed or post and bed to help save servings but my suggestion I beleive saves more money and builds more mass.
