MRPs suck bigtime!
-
Friday, August 18, 2006 1:13 PM
Lately I've been checking out numerous MRPs and I'm greatly disappointed I must say. They all seem to be made for cutting; or why else do the makers brag about their products having less calories than the other, and so forth? Also, most of them contain between 100-150kcal which is pretty useless and can't exactly be considered a "meal" replacement. Is there anyone who knows the logic behind the making of these? A sensible MRP IMO would contain 30-50g protein and 100+ g carbs - essentially a gainer, but with complex carbs instead.

Some MRP's wouldnt make money if they didnt lose weight fast... If people on them only lost 1-2 pounds a week they would stop taking it, so those MRP's help your body go into starvation, and eat your muscle for the benefit of weight loss.. or at least that is my take...
Eat...Lift....Sleep......Repeat Enjoy the process.. but crave the goal.

well thats odd, but one of the best gainers out there that i have tried is Up Your MASS by MHP, and the bars are really good too.
