Started my trial today. Took one packet of MRM Driven with 8oz of water... taste was real strong but bearable. Went to the gym and did 3 sets of 10 on the following:

Lat Pull Downs
Seated Rows
Bent Over Barbell Rows
Iso-Lat Pull Downs
Machine Tricep Pushdowns/overs (like preacher curls but pushing down)
Seated Dips with weight
Tricep Pushdowns with rope

then for cardio I ran 2 miles and then played long toss (baseball) for 20 minutes or so.

All in all I got a better pump and less acid buildup and I was definatley more focused but the only complaint I have is I felt a little light headed and shakey after but so did my friend who wasn't taking it so it was probably the humidity down here in south texas.

Also did my trial yesterday at 1500, I usually lift at 0700 but time worked out where I had to workout late.

I took it about 25 mins before lifting. About 20 mins after I felt it, wow, it was better than NoX with energy I felt great and my focus was UNBELIEVEABLE. I will be buying this product, I WILL, my strength was there and better, EVERYTHING was great. I love this stuff, effects may diminish but we will see. Thanks for the trial guys.

Yesterday, Chest/Tri's

First of all, what a good day, after the passing of her grandfather, it was nothing but a relief for everyone, it's what he wanted so, it doesn't hurt as much. Anyways....had the orange rush, good taste, easy to mix. 20 - 25 mins went by and bang, there it is, considering I drink no soda no coffee, nothing. The caff. does the job for me, got pumped as soon as I walked into the gym, I usually do 4 - 5 sets of heavy weight low reps 5 - 6. Today was able to bust out 1 extra rep on my flat bench, 2 extra reps on incline and my decline increased several pounds, like 10 - 15. I also did my abs, and then my usual 300 cal daily cardio workout. After the cardio I usually hit the abs for 2 - 3 more sets, but holy ****, I didn't want to leave the gym, I stayed and hit my whole ab workout for a second time, I have a lot of lower belly fat, so I have been destroying my stomach and it seems to be working. So anyways the Endurance factor is outrageous and my focus is incredible. Great product, I will be buying this, coulaid tell me where the best place is to get it? Directly from you? I love this shi*t. Bi's and Back today, will update later tonight or tomorrow.
