Well, did my leg day yesterday. Here is the routine. Bowflex Squats-- 5x5 , 350 lbs , ( 30 seconds rest between sets) (2 min cooldown) Bowflex deadlifts- 5x5, 410 lbs, ( 40 seconds rest between sets) (2 min cooldown) Bowflex leg press- 5x5, 395 lbs, (40 seconds rest between sets) (2 min cooldown) Bowflex leg extension-- 3x12, 200 lbs, (30 seconds between sets) Took the normal dosage of MRM. Could taste a little better. Look 30 mins before workout. Im changing up my schedule, so as of now, it will be, monday-rest tues-rest wed-legs thurs-abs/back fir-chest/arms/shoulders sat-cardio sun-cardio I took a week off before witching to this schedule. Heheh. Will get abs/back workout done today, and posted by tommorrow. Also, didnt really see anything different about my workout while using MRM. Hmm.

Well. Finished my ab/back workout about an hour ago. Routine: Abdominals Leg lifts-- 1x20 (30 sec rest) 1x15 (30 second rest) 1x15 (1 min cooldown) Wieghted decline crunch--(25 lb dumbell on chest) 3x15(20 seonds between sets) (1 min cooldown) Back Bowflex Stiff legged deadlifts-- 5x5, using 300 lbs. (40 seconds between sets) (2 min cooldown) Bowflex Bent over barbell row-- 5x5, 180 lbs. (40 secs rest between sets) (2 min cooldown) Wide grip pullups-- 3x12 ( 30 seconds between sets) Hmm. Took packet of MRM 20 mins before workout this time. Left me a little bloated.. I chugged it. Worked abs first, then went on to back. I took a dump and had some gas during my workout, hehe. One interesting thing tho, after my workout, i went to the bathroom, to check myself out in private ( I tend to do this alot, lol) After flexing my abs a little, they were getting a little shaky when i started flexing. No pain or anything, just kinda like an involuntary muscle spasm when I was flexing. I think I hit the abs a bit too hard today, being a little boated and all. Cant wait to see what my chest/arm/shoulder day has in store.

Well, yesterday went well. Ddint get in as many chest flys as I would liked to have, though. Routine: Biceps Bowflex barbell curl-- 5x5 100lbs(30 seconds rest between sets) (2 min rest between exercises) bowflex concentration curl-- 6x4 , 55 lbs each arm.(30 seconds rest between sets) (2 min cooldown) Tricep Bowflex french press(triceps)-- 6x4, 50 lbs each arm. (40 seconds between sets) (2 min cooldown) Bowflex Tricep Pulldown-- 6x4, 85 lbs. (40 seconds bettween sets) (2 min cooldown) Chest Bowflex Chest fly-- 5x4 , 160 lbs( 80 each hand) .. (30 seconds between sets) (2 min cooldown) Bowflex incline benchpress- 5x5, 220 lbs... (30 seconds between sets) (2 min cooldown) Shoulders Bowflex shoulder raise- 5x5, 50 lbs each hand. (30 seconds between sets) (2 min cooldown) Bowflex shoulder shrugs-- 5x5, 120 lbs each hand. (30 seconds between sets) Didnt get bloated off the MRM this time. Did feel a little sick just before I got to my chest routine, though. Didnt eat anything, so I had a snack. That cured my queezyness. Hehe. Got a nice pump in my chest and triceps. Did some cardio too.. I loved it. It was like I was on a caffiene hype energy wise, but I wasnt that hyper.. Well.. lets just say, i lasted longer out running in the hot florida sun longer than I normally do. All the MRM is gone, so I think this is the end of my reveiw. I will be picking up a tub of this stuff when it comes out around where I live...And when I save up enough, lol. I would like to see the long term benefits. I did enjoy my workouts while on MRM. Didnt seem as dull. Loved the cardio, loved it.

Glad you liked driven. Driven is excellent at higher reps 10+ and for cardio IMHO. When I've used it at lower reps i didnt feel the full effect. Nice Log
