RE: MRM Driven - Tuesday, August 15, 2006 2:15 PM
going to the gym in 45 minutes and i just drank this stuff. tastes like a liquified vitamin c chewable, but not too bad. this will be replacing my shock therapy for the next 3 days, im running low on it. i will be taking my pre-workout serving of storm in 15 minutes along with basic cuts. then in 30, or 15 minutes pre-workout, i will mix 4 scoops xtend and begin drinking it and continuing to drink all through my workout. Immediately post-workout i will mix 2 scoops xtend with my post-workout serving of storm. About 45 minutes post-workout, i will blend 48 grams of whey with a banana and a cup of blueberries along with 2 teaspoons of raw sugar.

I will update this post in about 2 1/2 hours after all this.

RE: MRM Driven - Tuesday, August 15, 2006 4:31 PM
hey this stuff aint that bad, i had energy my whole workout without once losing focus. it was all business in the gym.

I hit delts/traps today, with perfect form to see if i'd get that lactic acid burn, but i didnt. this stuff did its job and helped me get those last reps burn-free.

Delt/Traps Workout:
Lateral Raises
: 4 sets x 10 reps. last rep of each set was a negative.

Seated Dumbell Press: 2 sets x 10 reps. couldn't do too much due to sets with 80lb dumbells on incline bench. Chest day was yesterday.

Dumbell Front Raises: 4 sets x 10 reps. same style as lateral raises.

Cable Lateral Raises: 4 sets x 10 reps. again same style

Bent-Over Cable Raises: my rear delt excersise. again 4 x 10 with a neg at for the last rep.

Upright Rows: 3 x 10. i usually dont do these but i wasnt tired at all and i didnt want to leave...lol

Barbell Shrugs: 2 x 10. i went heavy and high rep since i didnt get that horrific burn.

all in all a great day at the gym. cant wait till back day tomorrow

yea those 80lb dumbells toasted the living hell out of my front delts, so doing the 45s for shoulder presses killed me.

about a 40 degree incline, even flat bench includes front delts, but the incline involves them more so there u go
