I have just finished my 1st bottle of MRI's Pro Nos. I am only stacking this with GNC brand ZMA. I have tried alot of supplements and alot of protein shakes before and i must say that this is one of the most effective ones i have takin. It is great tasting (the vanilla creme) and it definitly does what it says. I have to say i had better pumps with this product than No2 and Nanox9....and this claims it is a specific protein blend that causes a boost in NO in your body....if u dont want to get involved with Creatine or NO2 pills i would have to say this is a must buy....since i first started taking this product i had gained 6 pounds of lean muscle. This was huge for me because as i was bulking the weight was coming, but now that im tryin to trim up, i am actually putting on mass. I am currently 6 foot and 169 pounds..7 percent body fat.. n just last week i was at 161 or 163..between there...no im fluctuating with 168 and 169. I have to say give this product a shot..because as of now this is the protein shake im going to be taking for a while now..let me know if u have any questions

I picked up 2 bags at the Arnold Fitness Expo. Chocolate and Vanilla. I do agree Vanilla tastes better but the chocolate is fine as well. Mixing with water is a breeze. As far as the claims go, they are pretty big and MuscleTech like. So far I've taken 3? servings to date and no pumps on this end. Then again, I'm not expecting that from a protein shake. But well see. Interesting product. Big claims rather than a simple "tastes better than" which pretty much every other protein is trying to do. Glad you posted it. I was wondering if we'd see that here.

I'm wating for ISF-7... The claims on pro nos seemed ridiclous to me and I wasn't about to pay that much for whye but if I here a few more people saying it works I'll give it a try.

Chocolate flavor tasted great. Vanilla is just as good. At $19 or so for just 6 servings, it's simply not worth it. The claims are typical supplement industry and the price is out of the consumer market for something that simply cannot be proven. I'm more for the mid-range proteins and REAL foods. Protein works. I'm not sure how long you have to give this a try before it "works." But I'm going to guess that you'll need more than 12 servings which puts it at a very pricey protein indeed. I probably won't know because I'm not going past the two 1 lb bags I got that each have 6 servings.
