I think you could drop the honey and frozzen berries. You need some carbs from oat or something like that IMO.

I would replace frozen berries with oatmeal.

I agree, drop the berries and honey, add oatmeal. I'd dump the water and use some milk and maybe add some peanut butter in there if you want.

My shake consists of

-banana
-whey
-ice
-pb
-flax
-oatmeal

If you are taking cytogainer then you are probably bulking. Keep the berries for the fiber and maybe drop the honey. Also half milk/water would be good. That cytogainer already has a lot of carbs so adding oats might be a little much IMO.

This is my shake that I have if I don't have time for eggs and oatmeal.

12oz  whole milk
1 cup dried oats
2 tbs PB
2 tbs honey
1/2 banana
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
-blend it

I prefer eating eggs, oatmeal, and apple sauce in the morning then taking  a whey in a "post-morning" type fashion. But each is own I guess.

My morning  shake is:

1.5 cups whole milk
.5 cup liquid egg whites
1 scoop chocolate whey powder (If I am using vanilla whey, I'll add 2 tbsp chocolate milk powder)
1 tbsp peanut butter
1 med banana
1 tbsp ground flax seeds
(chocolate milk powder if I am using vanilla whey)

So it seems like some of you are of the opinion milk, eggs, peanut butter, bananas, oatmeal, berries, etc are not solid foods?  Are they somehow not a solid food anymore if they are blended together?  If one blends chicken breasts with water into a shake basically, is the chicken no longer a solid food then?

Im a Hardgainer also, I was always cut all my life. but with no real mass. I started at a weight of 140lbs now Im up to 158, I am 5'11'' and I am 25 years old. Breakfast:
2cups Oatmeal
1 scoop whey(vanilla)
handful of raisins
handful of sliced almonds
covered in skim milk

2 wholewheat toasts with a very liberal amount of natural peanut butter

and a bananna out the door.
This starts my day with 1130 calories, 55g of protein, 168g of carbs, 29g of those good fats the mono or polyunsaturated kind.

Honey isn't necessary, however, you seem not too worried about calories so I will not advise you to remove it if you enjoy it.

However, I will say add oats, and if you're feeling fancy and you are looking to enjoy the shake and not just down it:

You could add:
-Cinnamon
-Vanilla
-Believe it or not, grounded coffee. I have friends who do this because they like the taste and aroma of coffee.
-Yogurt, makes it thicker
