 Hey all!

I am in need of something to get me past this plateau I am at right now, and I was thinking of a pro-hormone like T-Bomb II. I am not one to go straight to hormone supplements, as I have carefully analyzed my daily diet and I am getting enough protein, carbs, and vitamins. I have taken NO and Creatine products before, and some of them have worked alright. I workout 3 hours a day, 5-6 days a week.

I was just wondering if anyone has used this product and If you have:

  • How was it? The reviews looked great so thats why I chose this.
  • How did you take it? I know the dosage is 3 pills but a lot of people say to take 5.

Thanks alot!

Your stuck at a plateau because you are severly overtraining.  Your body is only anabolic for 45 minutes when lifting, and then you need sufficient time to recover.  You are training for 3 hours 5-6 days a week.

You need to post your workout with the # of sets and reps because you may also have to change up your workout. However, from what you have said, your definitely overtraining.  You analyzed your diet and supplementation, but you overlooked your training.

cleans, power cleans, deadlifts, and squats in one day is way to much especially doing it twice a week. Try 2 days on one day off and do each muscle group once a week with heavy training or twice a week with lighter training.

I do live up to my sig, and for it to be painfully difficult you don't have to overtrain.

If you can do more than 2 compound lifts such as deadlifts in squats in one 45 minute period then you aren't doing them with everything you've got. Yes in a 45 minute period not 3 hours you will become completely catabolic by the time you leave the gym if you go for 3 hours(which means no gains). Also going 5 days straight will cause your testoserone levels to drop(meaning less gains).

back on subject there are better ways to boost T naturally. such as eating enough and frequently enough, eating slower, splitting your workout into a morning and afternoon session, more sleep, breath squats, etc.

T-bomb2 is also a good product. It lowers estrogen levels and not only increases testoserone but stops it from being turned into things such as dht and leaves more free T. a lot of people do take 5 at a time, but as you can figure out on your own that would get pretty expensive. I have a few friends that have taken it and love it,

I've also heard good things about super Test; I think the company that makes it is called The Beast.

Well I do split my workout, sorry I didn't mention that.

I usually do about 1.25 hours of the workout, then the rest a few hours later.

Have you personally ever taken TB's?

Even though you split it, you are still killing your body.  Before buying any prohormones or whatever, just try to reduce the amount of exercises your are doing to reach your goal.  If you don't see gains, then maybe you could try the T-Bomb.  Also, if you haven't already, i would take atleast 1-2 weeks off to let your body recover.  Good luck with whatever you decide to do.

T-bomb is not a pro-hormone, and No I personally have never taken it I'm 17 and a  test booster would serve me no purpose.

I do not believe that is true (that it wouldn't help you). I know several 15-19 year old Teens who have taken boosters and it has helped them greatly. Normal testosterone levels for a 19 year old it 300-450ng/dL. All in all that is not a lot at all, a study on prosource's AndroTest showed that it jacked up a mans testosterone levels up to 1000ng/dL. So you are trying say that a 700ng/dL difference wouldn't do anything? Thats completely ignorant if you say that.

I didn't mean it wouldn't do anyting. You should probably avoid test boosters until you are 25 or so. I know some people my age that have taken it, they said it works great but I've personally gained more weight than them just stacking creatine and ribose.
