Well i have started the keto diet 3 days ago... I feel pretty weak but i am continuing to follow this diet... I have been eatin mostly peanuts and peanut butter, red meat, salmon, ranch and mayo, tuna, boiled eggs... Ill get more specific when i start doing it day by day... Im kinda feelin sick right now i think this qiet makes me a little queezy.. but lets see how it goes
