Don't touch none of those PH's until you into your 20's (23+) and have been lifting for a few years. Use that stuff at your age is asking for growth problems. There is a big difference in a 16 year olds body and a 18 year olds. Just eat well, workout, and grow naturally for now.

You're nowhere near ready to take steroids. Your endocrine system is not developed and it can seriously damage you in the future. You can become sterile (especially right now). You wouldn't be satisfied with the results anyway, at 16 your body isn't ready for steroids and you won't respond any better to them than you would with a simple creatine, diet and compound movement routine.

all you need is a good diet, whey, creatine, fish oils, and a multivitamin. who cares who makes it, just get the cheapest you can find. its pretty much all the same **** anyway

Cell-tech will work, no doubt, it's just mono in another form. Monohydrate comes tasteless though and is cheaper, so I would switch to mono, it's actually a lot cheaper . Post your routine under the critique section and your diet under nutrition and we'll give you some good advice on your training.

if the fish burps are really that big of a deal, you can get them with some coating on them that will get rid of those. and a lot of times you arent exactly getting what you paid for. Name brands just jack up their prices a lot of times for the reason that people will still buy it just because it is a name brand. I never buy anything from GNC's greedy ass anymore for that reason. Learn to look at ingredients as well when comparing products and find out what a lot of the ingredients are and do that will help

Throw down what you ate today. Your body weight and height also. If you want to be big you have to eat big. Your intake should be as close to nature as you can get it. (no processed foods). Drink lots of water during the day. There are lots of facts to read here. Start in the diet section and read! Everything you need to learn is there.

I hear ya. I use to wrestle at the 181 lb class weighting 170. I'd wait until the District meet and cut down to 155lb for regionals and State. Did state finals twice, 3rd place. I'm talking like 30 years ago....LOL

Only thing that happened was, after season I would balloon up. Just under 200 pounds. If I had to cut the day of the match, I would eat some Honey before the match to give myself some energy. Otherwise I was fine. ha ha, reminds me of a story. I was out of school 6 years and ran into the 155 pound Montana State Champ at a party (I was from Detroit Mich). To make a long story short I pinned him in 30 seconds, he left me alone after that......Montana...LOL

Dropping weight during Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years was terrible. I remember coming back after those breaks and having to run 7 minute miles back to back. I hate running now. I didn't get to State until my last two years. Good Luck.

gnc is the worst place ever. If you ask a question about any product they are like told to tell you that they've taken it before and seen great results to help them sell more, when have the time they dont even know what the hell that said product is. I never take any advice from them

I agree, GNC workers are terrible on advice. I went in there one day and a guy was telling me cell-tech will "rip you up". Daniel I don't use muscle-tech products.

btw, the fish burps will probably go away after a while. just about any new supplement can make your farts, burps, and craps a little weird at first. at least in my experience.

Lol even I'm worried about getting saltana nuts from M-Drol I think I'd have a stroke if that happened when I was 16.

rosenberg4321 i do take the whey and the creatine and multiviatomins but i tried the fishoil and it sucked i was burpen up the taste of fish all day lol but is it really all the same? i always thought u got what you paid for I take Superpump250 (N02) Novedex (Test Booster), Anabolic Switch (Creatine blend), and Wheybolic (Protien obviously). And I am seeing great results. The test booster at 16 probably isn't a good Idea. Ur Test lvls are probably getter higher and higher b/c of your age. But the other products seem to work well together. I know this is the supp. section so I had to talk about some supplements, but your best bet is to Eat A lot, Sleep A lot, and Train A lot and you will GROW trust me. Ur 16, your can't expect to look like a monster.
