Hey there, 2 quick easy questions to ask here please :D 1)Im in the uk and am thinking about taking a product by Maximuscle called "cyclone". It is essentially an all-in-one. It contains 25grms of protein, 6g of glutamine, 5g creatine monohydrate, and 1.5g of hmb per serving, with two servings being the recommended dosage. Does anyone overseas have an opinion on this product - be it a good idea to take an all-in-one or.....its useless and a waste of time? Over here in the uk its one of THE best selling supplements for bodybuilders wanting gains. It sure seems like it can save alot of cash rather than going out and buying all the gear seperately. Question2) Let me give you a scenario----which im sure is bound to get a few conflicts going in here.....:P http://www.fitnessireland.ie/product_info.php/products_id/66

sorry...got cut off! I'll continue on my 2nd question.... post workout... i've got an energy drink for bodybuilders for recovery after a gym session. Please take a quick glance at it.... http://gymratz.co.uk/bodybuilding-supplements/item72.htm Im told lots of different things..... Ignore the recovery fluid and take in carbs straight away, followed by protein and fats.. Take the viper drink...leave the carbs till 30 mins after the viper, wait another 30 mins then take the protein and fats Take the viper and carbs at the same time..... WHAT do i DO??????? Does this seem sensible? ---> Drink straight after workout....get home eat some carbs...wait 20 mins then have the protein??? I dont have a clue...help me out please guys , :D

Hiya, thanks for the reply. Just one further point to make.....what other "all-in-one's" are there on the market? £40 for bearly 2 weeks usage is Very Expensive! *thats like 69.58 US dollars....so its definately not cheap. I assume it would be even more expensive doing the cyclone-mixture on an individual product basis...such as, protein on its own, then the hmb, then the glutamine, then the creatine...etc.. What can i take which is an all-in-one and is cost effective with, proven results? THanks :)
