MAX o-t alternatives? - Friday, July 27, 2007 5:59 PM ( #1 )
Hi. I am myself starting to make myself a home gym. i have dumbells barbell weights, i'm gowing up the weights and stuff, i'm probly going to buy a bench this week end.

ive just read a pdf file from marc d. about MAX OT. I was very excited when i were reading. (efficiency,ON THE LINE, max gains, see results) i were reading those words and being like (omg... sweet muscle'o mine) but then ive went to training part and i saw leg press,45 calf press. about 3/4 of the trainings i have the material for it. but i dont have any machines. not sure if ive missed it or anything but is MAX OT a designed training for gym users? not that i can't afford gym, but i just dont want to, (dont know the price but i think it might be high enough to crush my car saves) and i rather train at home without the eyes falling on me.

If anyone has any alternative for the machines,(stuff the either invented or other excersices or w/e) please let me
know.
thx for replys.
