forget the nfl, he is not even going to be able to get on a college team if he is taking all of this stuff already. he will fail the ncaa drug test and never get a chance. ncaa is so strict they barely allow any supplements.

ORIGINAL: TYLER_82 well 1st who the **** said i was 15.im 17 and the fullback records i hold are .most receptions in a game.most tds as a full back for 1 season.and our school juggernaugt award for the most blockers taken out for a gain. most receptions-not bad, i held my school record for awhile and i still might but who knows that was a few years back most tds by a fullback-kind of an odd record, its like having the most tackels made by a db award-stupid juggernaugt award for most blockers taken out for a gain- doesnt make any sense, as fullback why are you taking your blockers out for a gain, stupid another thing, were you saying that your family md is going to pass you on any drug test. if so, he needs to be taken out in the street and beaten.

to the OP...you are deadset in what you're doing and nothing anyone on here can say will change that. I am a bit more versed in PH cycles than most, however I agree with everyone here. Not only are you making a bad decision, you're making an immature decision that proves only more that you are not ready for PH's. If you plan on continuing this cycle, I suggest you no longer update us on this board.

Breakfast 1 Bagel With Natty Pb+whey Shake And Fat Free Milk Good Snack 1 Cup Of Dry Crispix Corn/rice Cereal And Water/gatorade Bad where is the protein in that? Cereal has a whole lot of nothing... maybe 2 grams of protein here... Lunch Ham Sadwich On White Bread .pickles.fruit Umm go with wheat bread... maybe 25grams of protein here... Snack 1 Cup Low Fat Yogurt.apple Or Orange.maybe A Peice Of Cheese 8 grams of protein in the yogurt.. like what 2 grams in the fruit?... 8 grams in the cheese... So you got maybe 20grams of protein this snack... Thats if the cheese was enough.. a cheese stick has 8 grams protein. Preworkout 1 Whey Shake 40mins Prior And Some Water Okay so you possible Got 30 grams protein here from the whey... Post W/o Creatine Drink. What the hell is this.. I thought you were posting your diet here.. this does not belong in the diet 0 grams protein. Dinner 12-16oz Grilled Lean Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast 2 Medium Potatos Chopped Up And Seasoned With Mrs Dash And Bake. Water And A Vegitable. Good Good Good about 40 grams here maybe more. Dessert Either Fruit Or Yogurt yay 8 grams of protein... BAD!!! Before Bed Milk 2% And Maybe A Handfull Of Dry Cereal Sigh... maybe 8 - 10 grams of protein here.. Okay so all and all you got about 170 - 175grams of protein.. your suppose to eat your weight or what you want to weigh.. So your not eating enough to even support the muscle that you have... Starts July1st Hope To Be Around 6'00'' 210-215 Less Fat More Muscle 14-10% Bf ANY ?S COMMENTS REALLY APPRECIATED My opinion is your too young to be screwing with your hormones!! I also think you have some work to do on your dieting. Your training is alright... You sure do alot of cario!! maybe even a tad too much.. you still want to stimulate muscle growth remember you want to be strong for football! My advice - Start a journal. Let some people like me and the others plan out a day for you write it all down you know just try doing things how I do it for a day... Try things how dan would do it or twisted... Give everyones advice / "day of work" a try. Give up the pro hormones they are not going to do anything at your age besides bloat you up full of water and make you gain a bit more weight. You may get a tad stronger.. But in the long run once the cycle is over you will lose 4 - 5lbs of water weight and a small amount of strength with it. Run your PCT now and just stop try some natural training for the next 2 - 3 months. Let me just give you one of my routines for one of your work outs if its chest back legs what ever!! Let me just give you one days worth of work to do try it for 3 - 4 weeks and I will promise you that you will get stronger. As for the cutting thing thats up to you with the cardio and dieting. Pm me sometime.

alright man... im 16 i play football im not the biggest kid on the team but still i bang heads..muscle isnt the biggest thing in the sport THE NUMBER ONE THING FOR FB OR DE IS AGGRESIVENESS just get pissed..and for supps i would say stick to protien and creatin...it will be all god.. i hold the record for most recoverd fumbles =) kinda stupid record but .....

diet=not so much. i agree with mustang. just train your ass off, and eat your ass off in CLEAN calories. you don't eat nearly enough chicken or whole sources of protein. you should eat at least 4000 cals per day if you want to put on some weight. eat some tuna or beef or more chicken don't settle for comfort foods. I gained 60 pounds in the last 2 years just from eating alot, and my bodyfat has only gone up 3%. take advantage of puberty. the creatine is fine, protein is fine, spend you money on a better multi and you will be set. try a preworkout supp if you want, but other than that you should be set. I don't play football, but i know that one of my schools offensive lineman, who just signed with florida, hasn't EVER used anything but protein and food. he has not even used creatine. just a balls-to-the-wall workout and a s***load of food and he is basically set to go pro.
