I can't seem to find 1.25lb olympic plates.  Thinking about buying heavy duty magnets.

starting the HST workout, and I want to be able to increase each workout, even if its 1lb. chyea.

can't see how this is a bad idea, unless someone thinks soooooooooo?

I went to the hardware store and had a bunch of pieces of chain cut up to be the right weight.

Another good idea.

Two good ideas to help you. Adding 1lb and .5lb is pretty easy with chain if you don't want to spend the $$ on the baby weights. You can also buy mini plates that come in I think .25lb sizes as well.
