Hey guys, Im new here, but not necessarily new to nutrition. Im 16 years old and I wrestle, so there is the main basis for my interest in body building and Fitness. I was recently at GNC buying the ISOPURE protien because for those of you who arent familiar with it, its 210 cal, 1 g of fat, 0 sugar, and 50 grams of protien in one serving. Being a wrestler, I dont have the real time for a severe bulk up and cut down thing, even though that inadvertantly happens after the season . But anyway, the guy there suggested M5 Extreme, keep in mind hes a body builder and claimed he used it, however Im afraid that its just simple GNC commition bs. It seems to be legit because I researched Kre Alkaline, Ethyl Ester, and Creatine monohydrate extensively, and I know the controversy. I talked to a guy who used to be a body builder at the school field house and he suggested the usual creatine pre workout and protien post workout method, but he was more subscribed to the Twinlab Strength Creatine you can find at your local grocery store, I was wary of that because of it's pure creatine monohydrate content, and I wanted something mellower because I havent finished growing. The cellucor website mentioned that the M5 was safe for High School athletes, but we all know the key word there is that is what they said. Thanks in advance for any responses,
