Yeah, I know, a newbie asking a question that has probably been asked a million times! In brief; new to these forums and to PH cycles, 32 years old, 5' 11", 95Kg, 12% BF, been training for 4 years on and off (but full on for the last 12 months) Diet pretty good, but always room for improvement. Also taking good quality creatine and protein supplements. Have just started a planned cycle of 2 weeks on M1T to see how I get on with it. Have 6 OXO for after, but have read various threads with confliciting stories about gyno on M1T. Some say no worries, others say don't even start M1T without Nolvadex to hand. Can anyone please, please offer some basic cycle advice or provide links to other strings if this has all ben covered before. Thanks in advance.

You are about my size and I would suggest looking at my training plan. I was on M-1T for three two week cycles before I started. You can see improvement in the pictures I have taken and I will be posting more pictures at the end of this week.

Probably a very simple question to answer, but how do I see your photos? (I did say I was new to all this!!) Also, any advice regarding my cycle? I'm staying at 10mg PD (today is day 3 - 5mg first thing in the morning, other 5 in the evening) Have you or anyone you know that's used M1T, suffered from gyno?

The photos should be embedded in the posts. I took some at the beginning, 3 weeks, and 6 weeks. Week 9 is about to end, so time for some more. You can see more pics of me here under the front lat spread, rear lat spread, side chest, and rear double bicep threads. My best advice regarding a cycle is not to start one. I can honestly say that I thoroughly tested PHs and they seem to work well at first, but in the long run they are worthless. They don't compare to a good diet and a challenging program. You couldn't do the OA program on a cycle because your heart would explode or you would bust a tendon. I quit the M-1T forever just after I started OA because I felt my testosterone shut down. Yes, you can tell when it happens. I used the techniques Jeff Anderson teaches to fire it up again and look at me now. No gyno, thank God, but no thanks to me. Do yourself a favor and take a look at your diet and workout plan before you supplement. The M-1T will be much more effective after you ensure adequate exercise, food, and rest are taken care of, if you truly desire to use it.

First 10mg a day is a good start and you should only up the dose if you do not feel any affects. I feel that Gyno is over rated in terms of the possibility of getting it from M1T during a cycle. After your cycle is where the issue really lies. Your natural production of test is nil and your estrogen levels are elevated. Hence, you should have a PCT that is essentially a anti-estrogen cycle. I have heard of folks doing a 2 week on 2 week off 2 week on cycle with M1T with no PCT. These folks have not reported any gyno issues. I personally go for a 4 week cycle and stack with either 1AD or 4AD and then PCT with Nolva. That is what seems to work best for me and I limit my cycles to 2 or 3 a year tops. Let your body recover.

Nice shots, be interesting to see how things have changed since. Attached is a photo of me 6 months ago, have no recent ones just at the moment, but have changed quite a bit (thankfully). As regards your advice about not starting a cycle; well, it's a bit late, I'm already 3 days into it. Besides, you know what it's like, you need to have a go at these things (also bought a load so may as well use them now). As you say, you've 'thoroughly tested' them yourself and I intend to do the same, I merely want some advice on how I can/ should use them responsibly, and what other things should be cycled with it to avoid any 'undesireable' reactions. I change my [challenging] program every 4 weeks and as I mentioned previously, I do have a good diet already. I train every other day, but have stepped it up to 2 days on, 1 off, and then 2 days again (weekend off) this week and for the remainder of the cycle, so consider myself to be ready for M1T. I may not be as experienced compared to yourself and other members of this site, but I'm no young fool.

I can definitely understand. In that case, I will give you my other best advice: Lift like you mean it, but careful not to hurt yourself--particularly on squats. You should be noticing in the next day or three that your ligaments have tightened up. Quite a normal desired effect, but an increased risk for injury. Make your movements explosive but controlled. It's kind of like dropping a hemi into a Pinto. You are more powerful (cool!), but the best gains will come from strict form while injuries occur from haphazard jerking around. Your gains will continue for another week even if you stop at two weeks. You will want the 6-OXO directly after you stop the M-1T. I took 20mg a day for two weeks on and then two weeks off before starting again. Like Phred said, not a good idea. You get no good gains this way and it is hard on your system. Post cycle you will need to deal with the depression caused by lower testosterone and lesser lifting abilities. Tough your way through it best you can, because that's how you keep the gains. Do us a favor and document your progress so we can all learn from it. I suggest starting a journal like I did. It's a great tool to analyze what you've done so you can make critical changes. Good Luck, bro.

Naviator, Phred, thanks for your help, much appreciated! I have already started making notes of exercise program, weight, stats etc and will gladly keep you up to date. I'll take some photos too. Not really the best of timings with regards to the festive season but there we are. Nav, did you take anything else with 6 OXO? Is gyno a real threat with M1T? That may sound a stupid and ignorant question for which I appologise, but I'm just trying to get some solid, realiable information so I can best protect my body from (further?) harm. Any help/ suggestions gratefully accepted.

6-OXO is a great product and all you need with the M1-T. Like Phred said, the danger comes at the end when you quit taking the PH. Your natural testacle-produced testosterone is at an all-time low, but your adrenal glands are still producing estrogen at an increased level to compensate for the M1-T. The 6-OXO will do a great job of suppressing that estrogen while giving your testacles a kickstart.

Good work Nav, thanks for the help Will let you know how I get on. Day 4 today still at 10mg, think I'm starting to feel a bit fuller and ever-so slightly pumped, but no visual change as yet. Think my testes are shrinking, although that could purely be me being over sensative. Fingers crossed for the old 6 OXO working, don't want to become an embaressment!!

Ok i am a newb, first time on site, I know this is an old post but, i bought m1t today and i plan on starting in the next couple weeks, i was just wondering if someone could explain to me the safest and best way to use it, i plan on doing 4 week cycle, 2 weeks on 2 off. i thought about just doing the first 2 weeks of m1t, and on the 2 weeks off, do 6 OXO, then stop 6OXO, back to M1t for 2 weeks, 2 more weeks of OXO then another 2 weeks of m1t and finish it all off with 2 more weeks of 6 OXO, i would greatly appreciate some input cause i dont want to end up with bad side affects, please email me some advice for the full cycle, what to do and take to Bubba_Flynn21@hotmail.com i am looking to get as much input as possible, thank you Bubs
