Tuna Sandwich
1 can of Tuna added Relish, Mustard and small amount of low fat mayo
3 Slices Deli Sliced Chicken Breast
1 Medium Peach
1 Serving of Almonds

Good lunch for bad? This is what I usually eat for lunch on a daily basis, I know my calorie intake and everything, but is this something you guys would consume or do you think this is too much for one sitting. My cal intake is somewhere between 2300 - 2600 daily.

I dunno bout the relish, mayo, and mustard but everything else is good.  Chicken breast protein has a high BV.

I would cut out the mayo, and take out the almonds and use them as a snack in between meals
