Just like the "What do you do for breakfast" thread, but lunch.

What do you do for lunch on a day after a hard work out?

I'm getting a lttle tired of tyson chicken strips and buffalo burgers...

chicken or steak and brown rice
 
sometimes i brown turkey meat and put that in some whole grain tortillas
 
a peanut butter sandwich and a turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread.
 
just a few ideas

i lift in the evening.


for lunch during a cut, i usually eat grilled chicken with 2 different vegetables..  OR, a 3 or 4 oz turkey sandwich on whole wheat bread.


during a bulk, i was eating ANYthing edible.  never really had vegetables due to my quick metabolism.. it's just useless food for the time being.    i ate as much bread/pasta/meat as i possibly could without passing out/vomitting.

I pack n freeze my meals.
Lunch is usually
veggies w/ chicken
veggies w/fish
veggies w/tuna salad
or whatever I cook. I cook in bulk and pack it tupperware.
I make it taste good by adding a lot of spices and herbs...whatever I can find.  
 
sometimes I throw in some brown rice.
Sometimes I eat a sandwich like turkey or tuna. but bread and I are not friends.
 
or tuna out of a can/pouch with a scoop of whey+water

pasta
tuna w mayo!
