I'm a 16 year old whos been working out for a good 2 months. I've been eating lots of protien and watching the type of food I've been eating, and I've managed to lose enough weight to 'display' my abs. The problem is I only have 5 lines (for lack of better words). My bottom right line is clearly carved, but my left one isn't there. At all. I have a 5 pack, and I want to make it six. Is there any way to work on the left side of my lower abs witouth making the imbalance worse?

The entire muscle is developed when you do abs work. That's why some have six lines, some have four, some have neat splits, some a little less defined lines. Just mix your abs workouts and do different things: Hanging Leg Lifts Slant Board Crunches Bench Leg Lifts Flat Mat Crunches Flat Mat Leg Lifts Side to Side Crunches Flat and Slant Try to do about a 100 reps at least three times a week. Don't do them every day. Like all muscles and body parts, they need rest and recovery time in order to repair and grow. Good Luck.
