After David, started his program he got me thinking why not have two people testing out the low carb diets. I spent a couple days on research and creating a diet plan and hopefully its a huge breakthrough for me, because i never have been completely shredded. i have never been really ripped, so im willing to give it a try. Meal 1 Fat Carb Protein 6 eggs 27 0 36 1/2 cup cottage cheese 2 5 12 1/2 cup milk 5 12 8 sub total: 640 calories Meal 2 Italian Sausage 22 3 16 Tuna can 1 0 33 1/4 cup mixed nuts 15 6 6 sub total: 575 calories Meal 3 Turkey Burger 10 0 slice cheese sub total: Pre/Post Workout Nutrition 2 Protein Shakes 8 12 92 Sci-Fit Reaper (energy drink) sub total: 480 calories Meal 4 6 oz. Chicken .75 0 24 Can of Tuna 1 0 33 2 Cups Milk 10 24 16 sub total: 535 Calories Meal 5 (Before Bed) 1/4 Cup Mixed nuts 15 6 6 Cottage Cheese 2 5 12 sub total: 260 Calories Total: 2680 Calories 116.75 68 322 I still need more calories, and i will be reworking this diet until i think it's perfect.

i am constantly learning i will enter a natural bb comp i will come in a close to 200 lbs as possible i am current around 210
