Does anyone know of any light (good tasting) protein shakes? Muscle milk light has 195 calories. Thats a bit much for me. Does anyone think that's not bad? I'm not trying to bulk up, I am trying to get cut and need something post workout.

most 100% whey are like 100-120 calorie.

this tastes way better than isopure. 90 calories total, 0 carbs. 0 fat. 0 sugar. here's some info and the nutritional value sheet at the bottom. i've tasted the chocolate and one of the berry flavors.. and it's absolutely amazing http://www.netrition.com/syntrax_nectar_page.html
