Hi, I'm new to this forum and have a question I'm sure that is asked a lot. How do I lose that stomach fat? I'm 6'3 and used to weight 260lb. I dropped down to 190 in the past year or so, but I still have a flabby gut. My gut has gotten smaller but not in proportion with the rest of me unfortunately. I decided to actually take on a physical labor job and thats how I lost so much weight and gained muscle but it does not work out my stomach region. I started going sit-ups daily and wondering if various ab work outs will take the flabby gut away or should I do more cardio with it. As I said I have a job where I am constantly moving at a fast pace and lifting and what not but I am looking to lose the stomach fat and then after its cut down to be proportionate I'm going to hit the gym and build some of that good 'ol muscle.
