i have no desire to lift anymore, i dont have any motivation, i want to, i dont have al ifting partener else i would love to lift. no one i no lifts. my trainer has exercises for me that are ok but i dont feel like i am gettin a good work out so i do more stuff and tonight he told me "if my exercises arent good enough for you get out of my gym" so i had to leave pretty much. rough night

i did speed bench, some shrugs, and one other thing i dont remember what he called it. i did 20 minutes cardio before that

still i am losing interest though, no motivation at all it sucks. i want to lift i just have no motivation too.

What helps me is some sweet rap and rock I could list some songs if you want me 2. Also looking threw the teen bodybuilders on bodybuilding.com see how im bigger then most really gets me going. Then It helps me to look at people who are bigger then me to see where I can get to.

Sounds to me that unless your trainer is just a complete ass, he was trying to motivate you- If you worked out with me, and kept talking about having no motivation, I probably wouldn't want to work out with you either though- I know it sucks, not trying to be harsh or anything, but remember- When most average people go to the gym, they have to drag themselves there a lot of the time. The last thing they probably need or want to hear is someone talking about how they just can't seem to get motivated- That sort of talk can be contagious, in a way- So besides trying to find ways to motivate yourself, you should also keep in mind that it's good gym etiquette not to walk through those doors with a defeatist attitude.
