I was just curious to know if this actually works. Some people say it does, and some people say it doesn’t. If this is impossible, is there any way you can just lose the body fat and MAINTAINE your weight - not necessarily building muscle? What kind of a diet will I need to be on, and what kind of exercises will I need to do? Thanks for the help!

Yea it's possible if you eat he right amount of calories and from the right macronutrient sources. I did it, I used to be 230 at almost 25% bodyfat and now I'm 235 at 15%. Took me a year to do it. Just have to make sure you work hard.

Well, for someone who doesn't use supplements other than protein drinks and has never tried a prohormone, I consider gaining almost 30 lbs lean mass and losing over 20 lbs of fat without trying to lose fat pretty decent. Especially for the fact that I didn't eat right. I'm pretty satisfied with my results. All I was saying is that the fat will drop with the addition of new muscle mass. I didn't mean that I was a prime example by any means. If I could add more lean mass faster without using stuff can you tell me how? I'm trying to bulk up now so it'd be the perfect time for me to try something new. I'll try supplements but I'm not too sure about prohormones yet. I have a feeling that It'd be a good thing to help me to grow but I want to do a natural bodybuilding competition next fall and they don't allow prohormones. Maybe after that I'll try something.

So...the calories you burn while your weight lifting won't keep you from storing fat...? I guess I understand what is being said in the e-book. What I don't understand is the logic. Is that to say a person lifting to gain muscle and lose fat weighing 230lbs at 20% BF, would not loose bodyfat? If the muscle (repair)building is consuming the calories that would have otherwise stored how can this be true? More muscle mass increases your BMR right? (rhetorical question) Why in the world would you not loose body fat by increasing muscle?
