Um if you're going to start doing Guerilla Cardio, you better be sure and build up to it, it will kick your ASS! No joke man, i went out and did it the other day for wind sprints, and dang near died, literally lol. Seriously though the main thing to losing weight is calories in vs calories out. But at the same time you have to make sure you're eating the right things. IMo just clean up your diet, and start slowly incorporating some cardio and you'll be fine.

Yeah diet really is the most important thing. Cardio will only speed up the process.

I did guerilla cardio once, but I incorporated the stairs here at my school's stadium.. I will never ever try that again. If you are 230 you should have a good amount of muscle under the fat so cut 300 or 500 calories off maintanence, do guerilla in the morning and steady state post workout = Ripped.

I will suggest daily proper exercise if you want to lose your weight and there is one more option of morning walk. You can choose either one or both.

You're going to hear it over and over again with weightloss - diet is the key. 1) Keep the meals small but more frequent (5-6 meals/day) 2) Go with a high protein low carb diet 3) Do interval training (on treadmill....balls out for 1-2 min then go 80% for 4 min, then rinse and repeat for 30-45 min)...do this 4x week....guarantee to lose weight

Really good. Keep up the work. BTW, I don't know what it will be for you, but when I lost weight, 15 pounds was the biggest barrier ever. You've already lost more than that, but, at some point, there will be a point that will be EXTREMELY hard to get past. Keep your head up though.

Exercise every day, even if it's just a walk. Go on a high protein, low carbohydrate diet. Eat fish, eggs, chicken, occasional lean beef or pork, low fat cottage cheese. Stay away from regular cheese, no bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, peas, beans (except green beans). No more than one piece of fruit a day and no fruit juice (it's sugar water, my dr says). Cut down on carrots and tomatoes (included ketchup). Use mustard instead of mayonnaise in recipes. Eat lots of salads, green vegetables. Salads only have one tablespoon of dressing for the whole salad. No ice cream, or other desserts.
