I'd say you're looking at about 9-12 lbs at the most in that short of a time. Much more then that and it's unhealthy weight loss and you will be loosing lean mass "muscle" and retaining fat as your body will do instinctively. Which isn't what you want in a bathing suit, your muscle mass gives your body shape and definition.

Don't reduce your calories too much, only about 250-500 calories less then maintnence but eat clean, absolutly no cheat days if your goal is maximum fat loss in that time period. Do cardio 3-4 times per week every other day, steadily increase the length and intensity.

Lift weights, building muscle increases your metabolism which will burn fat threwout the day, the body has to work to maintain muscle. As mentioned earlier it will give your body shape and definition so you'll be lookin' sexy out on the beach or whever you may be going on vacation.

Stay away from endless sit ups and really high rep low weight exercises. Add resistance to your ab workouts with a cable machine or some small 5-10 lbs plates and only do 3-4 ab exercises total, be sure you hit upper/lower abs, and obliques with those 4 exercises.

Also post what your diet is going to consist of.

figure out how many calories per day you were eating before.. Slowly lower the calories don't just drop them all at once or it shocks your body into withholding even more fat. In other words you could end up gaining much more in BF% but lose muscle.

Also your not going to lose weight that fast only 10lbs at the most.. If you wanted to lose 10 lbs really quick you could always sweat off 8lbs of it lol.. thats what fighters do. Go into a sauna for a while

Cardio intense cardio and eating clean is the only way to do it.. Also its not going to help you much if your eating crap food but little calories. You want to eat good calories and eliminate as many bad calories as you can. Calories from fat is what you want to lower down to 20 - 25% of what you eat in good calories.. Do you understand?

Well, this is not a great way to do it but for the limitations you put here its okay but not for a long term.
1200-1600 cals per day, protein at each of 6 meals, keep it to dark green veggies, no starchy ones, no beans, no dairy, no fruit, no bread, no grains.........just some yams for carbs, almonds for fats, fish and chicken.  Lots of broc, dark leafy greens, green beans, asparag.
Protein drinks, powder and water, something like interactive nutrition protein isolate, 2-3 times per day, essentiall for all the snacks.
First meal is eggs and oatmeal, lunch and dinner are fish or chicken and the veggies mentioned, with no more than 1/2 cup yam at each sitting of dinner or lunch.
its a crunch but it would work.  Oh and no less than 2 liters per day water.
Cardio 1-2 hours per day, moderate with intense intervals, jogging, stair master, cross trainer..........run stairs, hip hop aeroics, kickboxing.
I realize this is a late reply, but let me know how you are at this point and try this out.
