Oh boy, you're in for one hell of a ride. I have alot of friends on the varisty wrestling team and this is what one of them did to get down to 155 when he was 180. Step 1: 8-10 perfect mini meals a day. Step 2: 2 a day running(Morning, Afternooon) while wearing a black trashbag, and 2 hooded sweatshirts. Step 3: Heavy Lifting Step 4: 2 gallon water intake per day Step 5: Calistenics(Push-Ups, Sit Ups) Step 6: Sparring Step 7: Sleep atleast 7-8 hours a night Step 8: (Might be your difficult task) Cease the consumption of alcohol. Good luck, and just to let you know, my friend made it down to 150. He actually had to gain 3 pounds to get to 155, it was funny when he stepped on the scale. And if you're confused about the black trashbag, trust me, it works.

ORIGINAL: Bthreat The black garbage bags make you sweat alot and makes running really tuff i personal just do wool jacket on the eplitical for an hour i just cant run... also does anyone know wat i can do make sure my weight is really low for my weigh in Some things that come to mind are dont drink/eat anything prior to weigh-in. Make yourself pee as much as possible before weigh-ins. IF you need to, which you shouldn't have to, run 1-3 miles with a hoodie an hour or two before to get alot of remaining water weight out. Good luck.
