Hi, I'm 17 years old and have been weight lifting for about 3 years now. Right now I weigh around 160 but want to lose at least 10 pounds by September 2008. I have a lot of chest fat that I can't seem to get rid of as well as thigh fat. Can you guys give me some suggestions as to how tone up and lose the fat?
