Hi, I'm Matt. I'm 14 years old and i'm 5'11 and i weigh 64KG (not sure what that is in lbs.) I've been trying to define my abs for around a year now. I run 9-12 miles a week, and i box for 4 hours and a half a week (this includes doing circuits and resistance training too for about 1 hour 30 mins a week.) since i started boxing my abs have started coming through, but very faintly. I use the gym at my school 3 times a week, and i usually work on benchpress, bicep curls, shoulder press. Can anybody help me with what i should eat, and what supplements i should take (i have whey protein powder, but im not sure when to take it , before or after training.) P.S if i dont eat enough for energy, i become very faint and shakey when i box :| does anybody know why this may be? Thankyou for taking the time to read the essay above haha :D ~Scribbler

Thanks for the advice, as of yesterday i've started eating very healthily. No ready meals, high protein, and plain carbs for before i box or run. Can anybody tell me, are bannas a good snack to each instead of say a packet of crisps? i eat around 2-3 bannanas a day now :) Thanks ~scribbler
