I was wondering if it would be possible to move up 100 pounds on a deadlift max in 7 months. If not I would like to know a reasonable goal. I started powerlifting a few weeks ago so I'm not very knowledgable about things like this. My current max is 300 and I would like to up it to 400 by next February. Someone please help me.

Could definitely be possible- Especially if you only started a few weeks ago. Were you lifting at all before that, or not really?

I've been working bench for about 2 months now and legs about 2 weeks, so I've only had 2 real deadlift workouts. I do 5 sets of 3 reps with 80% of my max, resting about 4 minutes between sets. I eat 4 or 5 times a day and always get at least a gram of protein per pound of bodyweight. I use GNC 100% whey protein. I also get plenty of carbs throughout the day for energy.
